Нормы анализов у беременных (с обоснованием)

Зачастую границы норм лабораторных показателей в результатах анализов вызывают вопросы: почему именно такие нормы выбраны?

Иногда лаборатории не учитывают фактор беременности (даже если об этом упомянуто в бланке анализа) при указании норм тех или иных показателей.

Все это мне надоело, поскольку я имею некоторые проблемы с протеканием моих беременностей на фоне всегда хороших анализов (согласно средних лабораторных норм), а моя нынешняя гинеколог вообще считает, что у беременных все, что ниже нормы — норма 😂.

Поэтому я решила сама для себя подготовить таблицу норм показателей различных анализов с учётом триместров беременности. В конце таблицы есть ссылки на литературу, на основании которой выбраны эти нормативные показатели.

Эта таблица позволяет более точно и детально расшифровывать свои анализы и понимать динамику показателей (туда или не туда идёт сдвиг какого-то из них) с учётом прогрессирования беременности.
